Nollywood actress Bisola Badmus: "I've been fighting brain disease."

The Yoruba Nollywood actress Bisola Badmus disclosed that she is suffering from encephalopathy, a neurological condition.
She made this revelation on Tuesday in a post on her official Instagram account,( @officialbisolabadmus.)
Encephalopathy is the medical term for brain injury or disease. It occurs when your body experiences a change that impacts your brain or when there is a change in the way your brain functions. According to Webmd, those modifications result in a changed mental state that leaves you perplexed and unable to behave normally.
Badmus revealed that she had been fighting the condition for more than a year.
"I have been battling health issues (Encephalopathy) for over a year now." I cannot even wish such a disease upon my adversary. That was a difficult one that forced me to avoid social media, the post said in part.
She also revealed that her mother had passed away during that difficult period.
"In between, I lost my precious mother," Badmus continued. Absolute God, I give you thanks for everything, especially allowing me to celebrate another birthday.
But she is grateful to her loved ones, family, friends, and business associates for their support.
If I don't show my gratitude to my family, friends, business associates, industry colleagues, and the brands I represent for supporting me through the difficult time, I will be an ungrateful person. The post went on, "Thank you once more to my business associates, movie industry colleagues, and the brands I represent.
